ECO4 is the latest in a series of initiatives to improve the energy efficiency of UK homes. The initiative is administered by Ofgem and funded by major energy suppliers. Its goal is to provide improvements to households that have low or poor energy efficiency and are at band D or below on their Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Provided the household meets the criteria, Carbon247 can arrange for home improvements which include insulation, storage heaters, new boilers and even solar panels, all installed for FREE and designed to save money on energy bills
